A Rom Cyanogen Mod 7 foi criada pelo mik_os(Forum xda-desenvolpers), é uma ROM android 2.3.3 (gingerbread) para o LG Optimus One P500, mas ela está em fase Beta, portanto contem alguns bugs.
Bugs:
-Ligação por Fone Bluetooh não funciona
-Videos em Divx/xvid não funcionam (usem o Moboplayer ou o Vplayer)
-O consumo de Bateria no modo telefone está mais alta que no froyo
-Faltando ícone depuração usb
-Uso de 100% da CPU durante o carregamento de alguns dispositivos
-O Zoom da câmera precisa ser reconcertado

Tutorial:
Antes de começar recomendo que vc leia este tópico: viewtopic.php?f=71&t=9764 , nele contem o tutorial de como fazer Root e instalar o Custom Recovery; =D
1. Entre no modo Custom Recovery (Botão Home + Vol Down + Power[com o celular desligado])
2. Entre na Opção “Backup/Restore” e van a opção “Nand backup + android_secure” para fazer um backup de segurança.
3. Dps volte ao menu e vá até a opção “Wipe”
4. Vc verá varias opções, selecione uma a uma e vá confirmando...
5. Depois de ter selecione tudo, clique com o botão voltar, conecte o o cabo USB ao seu celular, e vá na opção “USB-MS toggle” dps selecione “USB-MS Toggle SDCard”.
6. Agora pegue os arquivos que vc baixou (NÃO DESCOMPACTE) e coloque na raiz do seu SD Card.(imgcyano1.jpg)
7. Clique menu novamente para sair do modo USB e clique em voltar para retornar a tela principal do Custom Recovery
8. Selecione a opção “Flash Zip from sdcard” e dps selecione o arquivo “Debug-FormatSYSTE.zip”, confirme sua escolha.
9. Dps escolha o arquivo “cyanogen_thunderg-ota-eng.mik.zip”, e espere instalar.
10. Agora volte ao menu principal e selecione “Reboot system now”, para reiniciar o sistema com a ROM Nova.
Instalando Google Apps
1. Configure seu Wi-fi (importante), se não configurar agora pode dar problema mais tarde
2. Entre no modo Custom Recovery (Botão Home + Vol Down + Power[com o celular desligado]).
3. Vá a até a opção “Flash zip from sdcard” e escolha o arquivo “gapps-gb-20110120-signed.zip” , confirme sua escolha.
4. Dps renicie celular.
5. Quando seu celular iniciar aparecerá uma menssagem, clique em “Finish setup”
6. Dps clique em “change language” e selecione “Português (Brasil)” ou uma lingaugem de sua preferência.
7. Clique na imagem do android, e configure com sua conta Google(Por isso configurar o wi-fi antes).
8. Dps ira aparecer um monte de aplicativos para vc escolher selecione todos (ou os que quiser, eu selecionei todos) e vá instalando um por um.
9. Deixe-os instalando (NÃO ABRA MAIS NADA). Quando terminar renicie o celular e seja feliz =D.
